must be so hard on the english. they apparently know absolutely nada about pop music, songwriting and performance. at least the irish can be proud. #eurovision2012 yeah, a society that traces its cultural contribution from the beatles and stones, to joy division, gang of four, kate bush, the smiths, cure, elvis costello, pulp, blur, radiohead, massive attack, pj harvey, broadcast, goldfrapp, imogen heap to florence and the machine - what do they possibly have to offer? why didn’t they send in their greatest export, the fine young cannibals?
